Men mind mountains is a social enterprise offering guided walks, retreats and workshops for men that help restore, maintain and build mental health. Lead by experienced counsellors and coaches we bring together mindfulness practices with outdoor skills in a relaxed and unpressured environment.

Join our FREE 4-part 30 minute lunchtime learning series delivered via zoom, designed to help men (and those who support them) understand mental health, build resilience, and create better workplace conversations.
The workplace can be tough on men's mental health. Stress, silence, burnout, and poor communication cost companies time, money, and good people.
These workshops will help HR managers and leaders who want to support their teams in building high-performance workplaces and improve mental health.

Our walks are lead by experienced coaches, counsellors and mountain leaders in a variety of outdoor locations. In addition to therapeutic discussions, participants will learn essential mountain skills including map & compass work, navigation training, mountain weather awareness, kit and equipment essentials that enhance their outdoor experience and promote personal development.
